These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LeyCast, operated by Codzelerate B.V. (KVK 42021398), Hoofddorp, Netherlands. By accessing or using LeyCast you agree to be bound by these terms.
LeyCast is a software-as-a-service platform that converts written content (blog posts, articles, scripts, product landing pages, or directly typed text) into motion graphic videos with AI voiceover narration. The platform may analyse third-party web pages (including product landing pages) to extract copy, pricing, testimonials, and other publicly available information for the purpose of generating marketing video scripts. Videos are rendered as 720p, 1080p, or 4K MP4 files and may include animated data visualisations, stock imagery, AI-generated scene images, watermarks (on free-tier outputs), and embedded JSON-LD VideoObject schema. All video output is AI-generated content and should be disclosed as such where required by applicable law.
LeyCast is currently in invite-only private beta. Access is granted at Codzelerate B.V.'s sole discretion. You must:
You may use LeyCast only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Generate, distribute, or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors.
Use the service to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive materials at scale.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of LeyCast (including the Visual Compiler).
Access the service through automated means other than our documented API.
Circumvent usage quotas, billing controls, or access restrictions.
Your content
You retain full ownership of any content you submit to LeyCast (source URLs, text, brand assets) and all video output generated from your content. Codzelerate B.V. claims no rights to your input or output.
Processing licence
You grant Codzelerate B.V. a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process, store, and transform your content solely for the purpose of generating videos on your behalf. This licence terminates when your account is closed and all retained copies are deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
Our platform
All LeyCast software, the Visual Compiler, animated components, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Codzelerate B.V. These terms do not transfer any rights to you in our platform or technology.
LeyCast is offered on a monthly subscription basis across Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($79/mo), and Agency ($249/mo) tiers, as described on the pricing page. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
Billing is processed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date.
Codzelerate B.V. reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Refunds are issued at Codzelerate B.V.'s discretion and are generally not provided for partial months or unused quota.
Generated videos and associated assets are stored in cloud storage and accessible via your dashboard. During the private beta, no service-level agreement (SLA) is provided for availability, rendering time, or uptime. Videos are retained for 90 days after account closure; after that period they are permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Codzelerate B.V.'s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the LeyCast service is limited to the fees you paid to Codzelerate B.V. in the three months preceding the claim. Codzelerate B.V. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Codzelerate B.V. may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including content ownership, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
